We'll look to you to join the Banking Payments Investigation team to provide quality internal customer service to our business partners to facilitate the effective identification and resolution of customer and banking partner inquiries. You'll manage and respond to a large volume of payment investigations, such as payment cancellations, on holds, amendments, recalls and returns, as you ensure a prompt and successful case resolution. Using your keen eye for detail, you'll track and report on daily investigations activity and report on your progress. You'll actively identify, escalate, and reduce recurring client inquiries by providing conclusions and recommendations regarding the root cause of repeated issues.
For such a critical position, we require you to have minimum 2 year of experience within the financial services industry, and at least High school education. You must have the ability to multitask, work accurately and independently to process large volumes of inquiries within defined timelines. We require you to be proactive, analytical, and self-motivated with proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Excellent oral, written, and listening skills to communicate effectively in English is a must. We require you to have strong management and organizational skills and be a problem solver with decision making skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required. SWIFT and Visual Basic macros knowledge is a plus.
