En este puesto, la precisión y la atención a los detalles son fundamentales para evitar errores en los pedidos y garantizar una experiência positiva para los clientes internos. También se puede involucrar en la resolución de problemas técnicos relacionados con el sistema de Order Entry para asegurar un flujo de trabajo sin contratiempos y mejorar continuamente los procesos.

En esta vacante, esperamos que puedas encargarte de las siguientes responsabilidades:
- Gestionar la programación de citas de los clientes, garantizando una comunicación eficaz y tiempos de respuesta rápidos.
- Realizar reportes de diferencias de precios al equipo financiero y comercial.
- Adjuntar ordenes de compra a todos los pedidos en SAP.
- Atender auditorías de control interno global relativas al control SOX 1.4.3, demostrando la conformidad de las operaciones con las normativas establecidas.
- Crear órdenes de compra manuales en el sistema SAP cuando sea necesario, para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.
- Realizar pruebas en SAP para proyectos, ayudando a optimizar el rendimiento y eficacia del sistema.
- Reportar incidentes técnicos al equipo de ITS, identificando problemas y posibles soluciones para mejorar la eficacia del sistema de Order Entry.
