Gestionar la programación de citas de los clientes, garantizando una comunicación eficaz y tiempos de respuesta rápidos.-
- Realizar reportes de diferencias de precios al equipo financiero y comercial.-
- Adjuntar ordenes de compra a todos los pedidos en SAP.-
- Atender auditorías de control interno global relativas al control SOX 1.4.3, demostrando la conformidad de las operaciones con las normativas establecidas.-
- Crear órdenes de compra manuales en el sistema SAP cuando sea necesario, para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.-
- Realizar pruebas en SAP para proyectos, ayudando a optimizar el rendimiento y eficacia del sistema.Reportar incidentes técnicos al equipo de ITS, identificando problemas y posibles soluciones para mejorar la eficacia del sistema de Order Entry.-
