**Responsibilities**:
SEO and web development
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall search engine rankings.
- Perform keyword analysis, on-page optimization, and stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
- Develop and execute effective local SEO strategies for small business websites, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.
- Research backlink opportunities including anchor text, keywords, and pages to link to.
- Conduct regular site audits, track and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.

Content Creation
- Conduct keyword research, create ad creatives, and manage budget allocation for effective campaign performance.
- Create compelling and relevant content for
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, enhance brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
- Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing assets.

Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve conversion goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
- Identify trends and insights and develop competitor analyses to optimize spend and performance.
- Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.

**Qualifications**: ∙
- At least 3-5 years of SEO experience, with a focus on local small businesses.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
- Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Apple Maps Business Connect.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid understanding of A/B testing and multivariate experiments
- Prior experience in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, wordpress and experience with content management systems.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
