While our Costa Rica business office is based in the beautiful and sunny province of Heredia, at a convenient We Work building with wonderful co-working space, most of our global team members in Costa Rica are able to work exclusively from home.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Marketing Coordinator will ensure the execution of all printed marketing campaigns is on-time and reflect a positive ROI. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail Purchasing, Marketing, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations departments.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**- Support the Marketing & Retail Purchasing staff by updating and syndicating the weekly calendar, keeping the retail marketing campaigns organized and on course, and communicating with cross-functional departments such as Retail Purchasing, Visual Merchandising and Creative.-
- Prepare and organize signing directions for our various In-Store Events and promotions.- Maintain our local listings & individual store listings and ratings for all 28 retail stores. This information will include Yelp listings, Google, Apple, and other online listings. Escalate any negative and positive reviews to the appropriate managers.-
- Maintain Facebook pages for our Retail store locations. Strategize and analyze the success of promotions and determine new ways to engage with our audience. Cross-train on social community management for our online divisions' social accounts.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**- BS/BA Degree - Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Business, Merchandising
- Customer-centric mind-set, constantly seeking ways to improve the shopping, buying and post-purchase experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, solid Excel skills
- Retail Store or Merchandise Buying, or Merchandising Experience
- Organization skills
- ability to manage time, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Project management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify trends and implement them into product classification.
- Bilingual - Spanish-English a must
