Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

The Senior Technical Consultant for Customer Outcomes specializes in Telecom, Financial Services, or Banking Services, focusing on configuring the ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) to deliver optimal solutions aligning with industry best practices. Serving as the key technical and functional expert in customer interactions, the Senior Technical Consultant plays a crucial role in achieving desired customer outcomes.

  • Lead small teams of developers and act as the technical lead on various projects
  • Engage in customer workshops to evaluate existing processes and define future-state processes
  • Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored for long-term success, adhering to ServiceNow technical standards and best practices
  • Supervise and conduct unit testing of code developed by partner or customer personnel
  • Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities to enhance their business processes
  • Assist customers in completing necessary documentation such as business requirement workbooks related to the technical aspects of the solution
  • Offer feedback to product development based on insights gained from customer interactions to enhance the product
  • Maintain relevant skills and certifications, including Implementation Certifications
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a professional services setting or equivalent educational background
  • Capability to travel up to 50% based on business requirements
  • Industry expertise in Telecom, Finance, or Banking domains
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to independently manage projects
  • Demonstrated success in resolving complex issues through analytical approaches
  • Experience in collaborative teamwork
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows
