Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

Join our new team in Costa Rica as a key member. The position of Technology Consultant – (AI Specialist) is part of ServiceNow Impact, our latest product. ServiceNow Impact personalizes the digital transformation journey for customers on the Now Platform and speeds up the time-to-value for our clients.

As part of the worldwide customer success team, you will assist clients in unlocking business value and speeding up the adoption of ServiceNow products they have purchased by leveraging our technical accelerators.

You will serve as the ServiceNow expert, providing clients with best practices, innovations, and capabilities to help them reach their objectives. Working at ServiceNow means setting high standards for yourself and striving for continual improvement.

The ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience in ServiceNow development who is eager to assist our client base in their digital transformation efforts.

  • Present and demonstrate one or more solutions from our technical accelerators to large enterprise clients remotely
  • Create all technology-related deliverables for clients and internally
  • Identify and implement process enhancements, lead best practices development, and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions for our technical accelerator toolbox
  • Handle customer requests in Impact, including scoping effort levels, meeting business needs, and resolving escalations efficiently
  • Showcase the product, customized to fit customer requirements
  • Understand the technical and business challenges addressed by the Customer Success Program's evolving products and business requirements (security, upgrades, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other teams
  • Enhance our implementation methodology and service offerings continuously based on client feedback
  • Guide team members and review their development work
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in client settings
  • Understanding of technical components like LDAP, SAML/SSO, and related integrations
  • Preferably, familiarity with AI/ML technology and experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics products
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS setting
  • Background in Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and experience collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders at various levels.
    • (Proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus).
  • ServiceNow certifications and willingness to acquire and maintain additional ones
  • Dedication to delighting customers, ensuring that actions contribute to tangible value and creating success stories
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and striving for collective victories
  • Desire to contribute to a positive work environment where everyone can excel and feel a strong sense of belonging
