About the Role

The Technical Consultant collaborates closely with the client's project team to design, develop, and implement various technical solutions. These include integrations between Workday and other systems, data migration, as well as reporting and analytic solutions. The Technical Consultant possesses expertise in design principles, data modeling, project implementation, and a proven history of successful delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR
  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domains

Other Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of the entire software implementation lifecycle
  • Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
  • Participation in a minimum of 2 full lifecycle software implementations
  • Experience in taking a leadership role in software, system, or application implementation
  • Proficiency in ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures, or other data tools
  • Proficiency in Workday data conversion technologies like iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software implementation lifecycle, including data requirements, migration, reconciliation, and production transition
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-organizational partners to define requirements and address data challenges
  • 2+ years of experience in mapping, transforming, and loading data across software systems
  • Experience leading a Data Conversion workstream in software implementation
