Job Purpose:
Do you excel in sales and enjoy building relationships with clients? TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative to provide outstanding customer service and achieve results. As an Inside Account Representative, you will work closely with specific accounts, proactively driving revenues and ensuring profitability. This role requires handling complex customer issues and taking your sales career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and territory P&L to drive growth and profitability.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
- Collaborate with field sales team on RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities and execute sales territory plans.
- Develop relationships at various levels within customer organizations.
- Create detailed account profiles and identify additional solution offerings.
- Provide visibility to potential issues and challenges.
- Attend industry events and collaborate with sales support for timely order processing.
- Maintain knowledge of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives.
- Utilize project management skills to fulfill customer requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong data entry and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication in English and other languages.
- Skilled in negotiation and time management.
- Adaptable to change and working under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build solid relationships.
- Proficient in relevant computer systems and applications.
