Position Summary

The Education Support Representative is the key individual for education support in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the Education Department team and focusing on assisting French-speaking customers in Canada. Responsibilities include providing technical support and customer service for education offerings. Ideal candidates are team-oriented with solid administrative and computer skills and a deep understanding of the dental industry.

The Education Support Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Education planners for local and national programs assistance.
  • Provide prompt responses to SKiLL inquiries via email and telecommunication.
  • Act as the primary contact for education customer service, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Support customers in setting up accounts on the SKiLL platform.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through calls and information provision.
  • Handle data processing for customer information and analytics.
  • Utilize CRM for customer information lookup and validation.
  • Create prospect numbers for event registration processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in customer service or education support role.
  • 1-2 years in a professional work environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • English and French speaking mandatory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Detailed-oriented with multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Advanced MS Office skills; SAP and Cvent proficiency preferred.
  • Understanding of event planning and LEAN Office Management.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • General office environment with occasional travel and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
