Success in this role relies more on your personality than your resume. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as the face and voice of Kyndryl, aiding customers in resolving their issues on a daily basis.

A Customer Service Representative blends technical support expertise with problem-solving and customer service skills – so bring your interpersonal abilities, and we'll handle the rest. This dynamic, fast-paced position allows you to learn and contribute from day one. Initially, you'll undergo training and start working with one client on live issues. Eventually, you'll handle multiple tasks and provide solutions through various channels (chat, email, MS Teams), offering customers top-notch care.

You'll collaborate with back-office teams to manage escalations, providing an opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues. Engagement with diverse individuals and problems will enhance your skills, experience, and understanding of different job functions. Moreover, you'll have ample chances to connect with mentors and expand your expertise, particularly in Microsoft 365, Excel, and various other platforms. Acquiring certifications such as Google Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft adds to the appeal of this role, which is praised for its engaging, challenging, and lively nature – boredom is not an option.
