Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.
Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, taking ownership from start to finish.
Perform stakeholder analysis, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members and manage in line with stakeholder engagement plan.
Lead or support project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones including identification of people resource requirements, training, and skills development needs.
Manage the project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions.Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
Support and manage the necessary communication activities related to projects and changes.
Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.
Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systemsIdentification of potential risks for resistance and benefit realization, evaluation and ensuring readiness for change as well as development of plans to address.
Support building out of the project management and change management capabilities across JLL in order to enable more streamlined and effective project & change management across JLL.

Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
Proven experience in major project or change management roles with direct experience from concept to delivery
Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet
Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish
Familiarity delivering projects of work across a global organization
Some experience in transitioning roles and processes to offshore locations desirable
