Job Description:

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible of processing responses based on consumer's disputes, as per the FCRA consumers have the right to review their credit report and dispute any information they deemed false or inaccurate.
  • Associates manage data and information to properly update the consumers' file. Handles electronic transmissions from data furnishers with the results of the conducted investigation.
  • Provides credit services and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations while attaining business objectives, assists the investigation process during a credit dispute ensuring compliance to federal and state regulations and departmental goals.

COVID-19 is creating unprecedented circumstances. We're monitoring the situation closely and the safety of our employees remains our top priority. The hiring process, training, and employment will be handled remotely. This means if offered the position, you will begin working from home. However, please keep in mind that this position will likely transition back to our office located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal ll, Costa Rica once it has been deemed safe to return from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • 1 year Backoffice experience. (required)
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills. (required)
  • High School Diploma. (required)
  • Details oriented.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong PC/internet skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Must be able to successfully pass our Employee Background Screen which will include criminal background check, previous employment, and education verification.
