In Global Product Operations, our mission is to enhance work conditions. This involves consistently focusing on our customers and ensuring the delivery of top-notch products they expect from ServiceNow: groundbreaking, secure, compliant, and on schedule. It falls on us to steer our products to the finish line and into the workplaces of our customers. Through collaboration, we maintain the security of our cloud; empower our customers' triumphs; offer proactive and actionable insights; and enhance employee learning opportunities and satisfaction.

What you get to do in this role:

Our Unified Technology Group Program Management Office is in search of a Technical Program Manager to bolster our security and global cloud service initiatives. You will operate in a dynamic setting to bring your programs to fruition and shepherd them to successful outcomes, all while fostering teamwork and driving business results. You will engage in strategic thinking while overseeing the tactical execution of extensive cross-organizational programs, from initial ideation through development, delivery, and handover to operations. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented self-starter with a proven track record in engineering program management, security projects, and operations.

This role may involve occasional travel (less than 15%).

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering Information Security programs is advantageous
  • Demonstrated project/program management experience involving multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills - adept at working with diverse personalities across various functions. Skilled at uniting people
  • Excellent communication skills - Ability to convey, document, and present complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner to various audiences
  • Proficient in creating presentations and delivering them to executives
  • Must possess strong listening skills and be comfortable asking probing questions
  • Enthusiasm for collaborating with individuals in technical settings
  • Strong leadership abilities to influence and motivate without formal authority. A genuine servant leader
  • Effective facilitation skills to lead various program activities
  • Superior negotiation and conflict management skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in project/program management in medium/large corporations, preferably within a design team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or related field
