About the Role
The Global Partners Organization is hiring an experienced Senior Program Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual contributor with a comprehensive Program Management toolkit and proven track record to influence, drive, and collaborate cross-functional teams to build our modern Partner ecosystem for Workday.
The Program Manager works within our Partner Management Organization (PMO) pillar of the Global Partner Operations organization. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in Partner Ecosystems, Sales Strategy & Operations or Revenue Operations. The role requires strong analytical skills and unwavering attention to detail. You are self-motivated, results driven, and have experience presenting and communicating to different levels of leadership and collaborators across the organization. You work independently and take ownership while driving alignment & execution of entrepreneurial, cross-functional initiatives.
You will report to our Sr. Director of Program Management with primary focus areas to include:
Works closely with the Program Sponsors and Leaders to drive decisions, mitigate risks and resolve issues Presents program status updates to senior management, highlighting risks and providing recommendations to support product and operational level decisions. Identifies and handles risks, anticipates issues and tracks key actions throughout the program life cycle Have in depth understanding of the product vision, value proposition and roadmap, key results and interdependencies Leverage past operational, enablement and customer experience to solve problems, fill gaps and achieve objectives through a cross functional team. Responsible for effective communication and issue resolution while ensuring timely decisions are being made. El gerente de programas trabaja en el pilar de nuestra organización de gestión de socios (PMO, Partner Management Organization) de la organización Global Partner Operations. El candidato ideal deberá contar con experiencia laboral previa en ecosistemas de socios, estrategia y operaciones de ventas u operaciones de ingresos. El puesto requiere una gran capacidad analítica y una atención inquebrantable al detalle. El candidato debe contar con iniciativa propia, estar orientado a resultados, y tener experiencia en la presentación y comunicación en diferentes niveles de liderazgo y colaboradores en toda la organización. Debe poder trabajar de forma independiente y asumir la responsabilidad al tiempo que impulsa la alineación y ejecución de iniciativas emprendedoras multidisciplinarias.

Estará bajo las órdenes de nuestro director sénior de Gestión de Programas, con el enfoque principal en las siguientes áreas:
Deberá trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los patrocinadores y líderes del programa para impulsar decisiones, mitigar riesgos y resolver problemas. Deberá presentar actualizaciones del estado del programa a la alta dirección, destacando los riesgos y ofreciendo recomendaciones para apoyar las decisiones a nivel operativo y de producto. Deberá identificar y gestionar los riesgos, anticipa los problemas y realiza un seguimiento de las acciones clave a lo largo del ciclo de vida del programa. Deberá conocer en profundidad la visión del producto, la propuesta de valor y la hoja de ruta, los resultados clave y las interdependencias. Deberá aprovechar la experiencia operativa, de habilitación y de atención al cliente para resolver problemas, llenar vacíos y alcanzar objetivos mediante un equipo interdisciplinario. Será responsable de la comunicación eficaz y la resolución de problemas, garantizando al mismo tiempo que se tomen las decisiones oportunas. Deberá definir el alcance de los problemas y procesos de negocios identificando las cuestiones clave, los aportes, los miembros del equipo y los resultados. We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager teammate who is passionate about building impactful teams and understands the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework. Using transformation program management standard methodologies, this role will guide your team and at times step in directly to lead the facilitation of business strategy definition, scope identification, cross functional design, timeline alignment and driving on time delivery of committed outcomes and results.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of cross organizational program management within a go to market, SAAS, software organization 3+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations or Partner ManagementOther Qualifications
Program Management Certification, such as the PMP Certification from the Program Management Institute Experience in leading Mergers and Acquisitions-related operational transitions and integrations. A toolbox of multiple program management methodologies A passion for team mentorship, employee development and building a team culture based on delivering results at speed while having fun Experience with PMO portfolio management, framework and standards development Experience in working and building trusted relationships with executive leaders Knowledge of design thinking, strategy definition, agility concepts and the ability to step in as a business transformation advisor as needed. Cualificaciones básicas: gerente sénior de programas
5 años o más en gestión de programas interorganizacionales dentro de una organización de software, SAAS, orientada al mercado. 3 años o más de experiencia en las áreas de Estrategia de Ventas, Operaciones de Negocios o Gestión de Partners.Otras cualificaciones
Certificación en gestión de programas, tales como la certificación PMP del Instituto de Gestión de Programas. Experiencia en dirección de transiciones e integraciones operativas relacionadas con transiciones e integraciones. Una caja de herramientas de múltiples metodologías de gestión de programas. Pasión por la mentoría de equipos, el desarrollo de los empleados y la creación de una cultura de equipo basada en la obtención de resultados a gran velocidad sin dejar de divertirse. Experiencia en gestión de carteras de PMO, desarrollo de marcos y normas. Experiencia en trabajo y creación de relaciones de confianza con líderes ejecutivos. Conocimiento del pensamiento de diseño, definición de estrategias, conceptos de agilidad y capacidad para intervenir como asesor de transformación empresarial cuando sea necesario. Se valorará la experiencia en liderazgo de programas de transformación en el sector de software con una compañía de productos empresariales o la experiencia en consultoría.-
