Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

  • In this global role based in the US, you will act as a trusted consultant to ServiceNow partners to help in creating successful ServiceNow SPM Practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional cooperation to implement Practice growth strategies meeting ServiceNow's global capacity and competency needs.
  • Work with various teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources and training to effectively market and implement ServiceNow products and solutions.
  • Lead Practice building and Practice Validation sessions.
  • Improve existing quality metrics to ensure a comprehensive set of KPIs are in place to measure implementation quality in partner-led implementations worldwide.
  • Provide Alliance teams with intel on Partners with validated ITSM Practices.
  • Manage, monitor, and report essential metrics related to Partner Practices, including targets and gaps across major geographic regions.
  • Offer support for escalations concerning partner-led SPM implementations and drive corrective actions.
  • Establish yourself as a prominent figure in the SPM sector among business units, sales teams, and partner entities.
  • Deliver high-level insights on implementations and related Practices to executives.
Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, with specialized roles in managing or developing sales and delivery Practices either within a Partner organization or software vendor.
  • Prior experience in the IT Services industry with relevant business knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in constructing or being part of the leadership of a services delivery Practice, with a grasp of the essential elements of a successful Practice.
  • Expertise in the software industry domain (preferably SaaS) and the ability to comprehend intricate technological challenges.
  • A strategic thinker with a focus on execution, ideally with a background in driving cross-functional initiatives or processes.
  • Ability to cultivate enduring, trust-based relationships and collaborate effectively with partner executives and ACE leaders within the ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms, comfortable in both technical and business dialogues.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • A strong team player with independent thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
