Job Description:


This position is part of the Customer Support Personal Systems Supply Chain Organization, reporting to the EI AMS Services Supply Chain PS Regional Lifecycle Management organization.

Will be responsible to lead Supply Chain Lifecycle Readiness through New Product Introduction, Quality, and End of life., Influence Business tactics, material, and Supply Chain Strategy, including Support Bill of Material content definition.

Will consult with Regional partners to assure supply chain capabilities, Master Data process governance, compliance, and system capability.

Qualifications:

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Education (degree) and professional experience required
  • First level university degree or equivalent Experience
  • 1 year of experience in a supply chain function (or related fields).

Other requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English.

  • Project management skills, including time and risk management, and project structuring
  • Analytical thinking, analysis, data modeling, and problemsolving skills
  • Leadership skills, including coaching, team
- building, conflict resolution, and management

  • Ability to manage and be part of teams in a virtual and global environment to drive results
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including advanced negotiation, presentation, and influence skills
  • Relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of HP's policies and processes

Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

  • MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, (power BI and highlevel modeling tools, desire)
  • Reporting tool /Data management
  • Project Management experience or formal trainings would be an advantage.
  • Process Improvement experience or formal trainings to be considered an advantage
