Supervisor de Ventas para canal tradicional :

Esta posicion ejecuta, verifica y supervisar la estrategia comercial en el canal, de acuerdo a los planes desarrollados para las cuentas, distribuidores y zonas asignadas y dentro de los indicadores establecidos de ventas, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de volumen, cobertura y distribución**
Funciones de la posición:
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cobertura y distribución de la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor, por medio del análisis y efectividad de clientes atendidos y universo de la zona, para alcanzar los objetivos de distribución asignados para el canal y las cuentas asignadas.
  • Asegurar y controlar las inversiones y ejecución de la estrategia de las marcas de ESSITY en el PDV, por medio de la fuerza de ventas del distribuidor, sistemas de información y reportes de PDV, con el fin de apoyar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de ventas.
  • Auditar, asesorar y controlar la gestión del vendedor del distribuidor en el proceso de la venta (registros, precios correctos, frecuencia visita, etc.), por medio de salidas a mercado, análisis de información (cubo ventas), para cumplir con los objetivos de volumen, cobertura y distribución.
  • Proponer, planear y ejecutar acciones de recuperación, volumen e incremento en distribución, de acuerdo al analisis del cubo de ventas del distribuidor y a las necesidades detectadas, con el objetivo de aprovechar las oportunidades que favorezcan el alcance de los objetivos de ventas.
  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las negociaciones de volumen con los clientes top y supervisores del distribuidor, a través de las dinámicas comerciales presupuestadas, cumpliendo con el objetivo de ventas para la cuenta. Comunicar y proponer planes de acción por medio de los reportes establecidos para el rol (salidas con vendedor, competencia, merchandising, seguimiento planes, situaciones de mercado, seguimiento de cobertura y distribución, etc.) con el objetivo de aprovechar las oportunidades detectadas.

Requisitos:

  • 23 años de experiência en posiciones similares
  • Min. Bachillerato universitario
  • Dominio intermedioavanzado de Excel, power point.
  • Posiblidad de movilizarse por el territorio nacional.
