About the Role
  • Oversees assigned sales areas and day-to-day operations of the sales team to meet and exceed established objectives.
  • Establishes and monitors team members' targets.
  • Supports management in devising business strategies to uncover new prospects, enhance sales, and boost profits in the areas.
  • Handles inbound and outbound sales calls to provide price quotes, product details, and foster customer relationships.
Position Summary:

This position involves efficiently managing sales territories and coordinating sales team activities to achieve set goals. It also entails collaborating with management to develop business plans, identify new opportunities, and drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Creates and executes tailored business plans to explore new leads, increase sales, ensure revenue growth, and enhances territory performance.
  • Maintains regular communication with teams to provide updates on sales progress, essential customer information, and product details.
  • Generates forecasts for monthly and quarterly customer performances.
  • Delegates tasks to team members to ensure all responsibilities are covered and completed.
  • Assesses customer slippage reports to identify high-priority accounts.
  • Monitors accounts' credit status to address potential credit issues and collaborates with the Credit department when necessary.
  • Updates account profiles to anticipate and address their specific needs.
  • Attends training sessions to stay updated on products, industry trends, and company information for improved customer service.
  • Compiles competitive intelligence reports from customers regularly.
  • Manages, coaches, develops, and motivates sales team members.
  • Maintains records and performance data.
  • Provides essential training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, administers improvement plans, and ensures adherence to policies.
  • Initiates and manages team recognition programs.
  • Performs any additional duties as required.

  • Proficient in English and Spanish communication.

  • Skilled in negotiation, persuasive communication, and closing deals.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing reports and business correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED with specific minimum requirements for the role.
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Background in Sales or IT industry is advantageous.

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in English is essential.

Working Environment:
