About the Role

  • Managing assigned sales territories and day-to-day activities of sales team to meet established goals.
  • Setting and tracking team members' goals.
  • Assisting management in creating business plans to identify new opportunities and boost sales and profits.
  • Conducting inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing customer-specific business plans to discover new opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Communicating regularly with teams to share daily sales tracking and key customer/product information.
  • Forecasting monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
  • Delegating tasks to team members for adequate coverage and task completion.
  • Evaluating customer slippage reports to prioritize customer focus.
  • Monitoring account credit status to address potential credit issues.
  • Updating profiles on all accounts to anticipate their business needs.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge for better customer service.
  • Providing leadership and support to sales team members.
  • Maintaining performance records and documentation.
  • Conducting performance management for team members.
  • Implementing team reward and recognition programs.
  • Performing other assigned duties as necessary.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in analyzing and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Capable of effective communication in English and Spanish.
  • Skilled in building strong working relationships and coaching others.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Organized with excellent time management abilities.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Sales or IT industry experience is a plus.

Language:

  • 100% proficiency in English.

Working Conditions:
