- Communicate with end users/administrators/solution integrators through phone, email, or chat to diagnose issues and offer guidance on resolution.
- Utilize technical documentation to apply relevant technical knowledge, identify appropriate remediation steps, address urgent situations impacting business priorities, and collaborate with technical leads and experts.
- Provide technical guidance to teams, identify expertise areas within solutions, and maintain case documentation following customer commitments and protocols.
- Support junior engineers and offer guidance as required.
- English proficiency: 85%
- High school diploma.
- Experience in Technical Support
- Troubleshooting expertise in Windows/Android/IOS
- Understanding of Network Basics, Cloud, and Active Directory.
