As an Intune team member, you will configure internal settings and policies governing mobile device interactions with various Azure and OS services. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with team members, conducting individual research, and implementing policies for internal device configuration or service backends.This role will:
  • Communicate with end users/administrators/solution integrators through phone, email, or chat to diagnose issues and offer guidance on resolution.
  • Utilize technical documentation to apply relevant technical knowledge, identify appropriate remediation steps, address urgent situations impacting business priorities, and collaborate with technical leads and experts.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams, identify expertise areas within solutions, and maintain case documentation following customer commitments and protocols.
  • Support junior engineers and offer guidance as required.
QualificationsIntune is suitable for candidates who have:
  • English proficiency: 85%
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in Technical Support
  • Troubleshooting expertise in Windows/Android/IOS
  • Understanding of Network Basics, Cloud, and Active Directory.
