Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant databases.
  • Regularly audit data to identify discrepancies or errors, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

Employee Changes and Transitions:

  • Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and changes in employment terms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the coordination of internal transfers, collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.
  • Process terminations and handle all offboarding tasks.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency, proposing and implementing solutions as appropriate.
  • Actively participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation projects
Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience, 2 3 years in HR operations, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and Brazilian legislation
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems like Workday and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Experience using Service Now or any other case management
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
