Como **ATR, Cost Analyst II** serás responsable de liderar el proceso de pronóstico de costos estándar bajo su responsabilidad en toda América Latina, asegurando un proceso eficiente con supuestos claros y brindando pronósticos precisos para tomar mejores decisiones en el negocio.

Apoyo a las empresas en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con inversiones de capital, mercadeo de nuevos proyectos y análisis ad hoc.

**¿Quién eres?**:

- 2 años de experiência en contabilidad y/o costos para empresas o unidades de abastecimiento, función de operaciones y logística.
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Finanzas
- Experiência con sistemas de información empresarial: Microsoft Office y SAP
- Deseable nível de inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Manejo de excel intermedio avanzado

**¿Qué haces?**:

- Ser un líder en el proceso de actualización de costos estándar proporcionando pronósticos precisos para el próximo trimestre del componente de costos bajo su responsabilidad en toda América Latina, asegurando entregas a tiempo y documentando suposiciones claras.
- Cuestionar las entradas principalmente de Operaciones y Cadena de suministro, y realizar un seguimiento del progreso mensual contra el último costo estándar desencadenado, identificando las causas fundamentales de las desviaciones e implementando planes de acción para mejorar la precisión del pronóstico del costo estándar para tomar mejores decisiones en el negocio.
- Analizar y brindar una explicación de los cambios en el costo estándar y los resultados operativos de fin de mes con comentarios perspicaces claros y concisos que ayuden a que el cliente comprenda los resultados y las tendencias.
- Trabajar bajo una sólida asociación y compromiso con el líder de la oficina principal de finanzas de SCH de la subregión y el equipo de FP&A de Supply Chain Finance para mejorar continuamente nuestros procesos de pronóstico.
- Apoyar el proceso de toma de decisiones sobre inversiones de capital, costos de nuevos proyectos (FMI), datos para análisis de referencia y ad hoc solicitados por el Gerente de Finanzas (o Director), Marketing, Operaciones, etc.
- Revisar y aprobar iniciativas de ahorro de costos externos en América Latina según el umbral asignado y realizar auditorías aleatorias
- Asegurar la preparación precisa y oportuna de los asientos de diario, incluidos aquellos que pueden ser de naturaleza compleja. Revisar las conciliaciones de cuentas para garantizar la precisión y la puntualidad, y coordinar la identificación y resolución de discrepancias.
- Cumplir o superar constantemente los acuerdos de nível de servicio relacionados con los procesos de costos de LAO GBS.
