Cash Management Supervisor

  • Full time, Costa Rica_


In this role, you will manage and coordinate the work of several accounting associates in one or more core functions of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general ledger.

You will also ensure procedures are in place to provide timely and accurate payment of invoices, for processing receivables on time, and to assure accurate and timely month-end / year-end reporting.


As a

Cash Management Supervisor, you will

  • Analyze and recommend optimal capital structure alternatives and roadmap to implementation
  • Execute stock repurchase program execution, foreign currency hedging support, and investment management
  • Ensure Treasury strategies are aligned to support business growth while minimizing risk
  • Guarantee banking needs are sufficient to support the business
  • Enhance operational efficiency, while minimizing risk and banking fees
  • Comply with information from around the company to create a routine cash forecasting process, understanding the impact of working capital policies, accounting methods, capital projections, and board authorizations
  • Manage the credit and collections process
  • Document all business financial transactions
  • Manage formal reports and company bank statements
  • Plan and ensure adherence to the predetermined financial budget for the year

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting knowledge
  • Strong business focus, problem solving skills, and internal customer focus
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a fastpaced, challenging environment
  • Proven history of working cross functionally as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with customers, peers, and operating partners
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize projects and time effectively
  • Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English skills
