Operations/ Administration:

  • Evaluates applicant qualifications.
  • Communicates with internal candidates.
  • Conducts pre-screening interviews.
  • Executes reference and background checks.
  • Manages rejection letters.
  • Coordinates interview and offer processes.
  • Develops recruiting and interviewing plans.
  • Efficiently fills open positions.
  • Follows up with managers on recruiting effectiveness.
  • Posts openings in various sources.
  • Coordinates on relocation and compensation packages.
  • Networks to find ideal candidates.
  • Establishes company as an 'employer of choice.'
  • Regularly communicates with managers and employees.
  • Builds industry contacts.
  • Attends professional meetings.
  • Maintains contact with potential candidates.
  • Promotes employee referral program.

Campus Recruitment:

  • Drives relationships with colleges for recruiting.
  • Creates and implements College Recruiting initiatives.
  • Supports college recruiting activities.
  • Attends career fairs.
  • Promotes campus events internally.
  • Delivers presentations at colleges.
  • Engages with student groups.
  • Promotes internship programs.
  • Builds relationships with interns.
  • Manages internship conversion results.
Diversity Management:
  • Executes diversity initiatives.
  • Supports HR in Affirmative Action plans.
  • Monitors diversity progress related to hiring.

Employment Processes:

  • Implements employment process improvements.
  • Reports on staffing initiatives.
  • Recommends process enhancements.
  • Collaborates with HR and management on recruitment strategies.
  • Ensures accurate employment data.
  • Partners with HR experts for job descriptions.
