Leadership / Training and Development:

  • Supervises daytoday work activities of recruitment team.
  • Provides guidance to recruiters to help build a strong relationship with hiring managers
  • Conducts and documents regular touchpoints with direct reports and to provide performance feedback
  • Identifies professional development and training needs of the team to continuously develop and improve their skills.
  • Provides servant leadership with motivation and guidance to the team.
  • Provides clarity of organizational goals and job role of each team member. Collaborates with peer managers to share best practices and ensure recruiter alignment and workload efficiencies
  • Provides on the job training and understands each business units value proposition
  • Able to use relationships, consult and influencing skills to not only gain a better understanding of the company's needs, but also to strategically accomplish goals and execute across the organization. Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and executives serving as the point for any escalations and/or sharing overall recruitment strategies. Maintains a high level of individuals health, wellness and safety awareness within team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.

Recruiting:

  • Build credible and proactive relationships with hiring managers of all levels, and the HR Business Partners, across all TD SYNNEX locations, ensuring recruitment plans and expectations are managed, delivered, compliant and measurable.
  • Drives TD SYNNEX's Diversity and Inclusion philosophies and goals through education and reinforcement with hiring leaders
  • Leads endtoend recruitment process for leadership roles ensuring a diverse slate for consideration.
  • Analyzes job requirements in order to establish hiring criteria.
  • Conducts interviews to determine qualifications and prescreen applicants.
  • Provides information on company and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • Responsible for building partnering relationships with the business to help guide and influence decisions on the selection process.
  • Staying abreast to the recruitment activities of the team to proactively identify challenges and create solutions.
  • Continuously review process and tools to identify innovated solutions
  • Updating TA Director on issues and solutions
  • Partner closely with TA Director on strategy and future resource needs
  • Develops and manages a calendar of recruiting events / activities
  • Networks with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

Regulatory Compliance / Operations:

  • Pulls and reviews daily reports on teams volume and efficiency
  • Identifies, analyzes and implements solutions/recommended process improvements for employment operations
  • Ensures compliance within country guidelines.
  • Communicates and interacts regularly with the management/HR Directors of assigned client groups in order to identify emerging employment process issues.
  • Works with appropriate resources to ensure forecasts and budgets are accurately maintained and reported.
  • Ongoing monitoring of recruiting costs to ensure within budget.
  • Reports to upper management on staffing initiatives and results. Recommends process improvements that are in compliance with company policies
  • Works with Director, Talent Acquisition to identify and incorporate recruitment staffing benchmarks, metrics, goals and best practices.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining and coordinating business reviews with Vendors.

Branding:

  • Ensures that TD SYNNEX's Employment Brand is consistently and professionally represented by the employment team and supporting resources at community recruitment events.
  • Evaluates TD SYNNEX's social media sites to ensure TD SYNNEX's Employment Brand is consistently and professionally represented; leverages sites to drive applicant flow and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ Years of relevant work experience.
  • 1+ Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
