Here at Bill Gosling Outsourcing we are looking for a
Sales and Marketing Coordinator that will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

The role requires attention to both sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Analyze the market by identifying potential customers to help with marketing decisions.
  • Examine the needs, wants, and purchasing patterns of their target audience.
  • Oversee activities and hands on involvement on everything that relates to image and exposure including which conventions the sales team should attend.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients through market research and outreach efforts.
  • Act as a point of contact, a source of information, and a gobetween to convey information quickly and accurately by keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring consistency.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, seminars, and trade shows, including logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationship management systems, ensuring accurate and uptodate client information.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations by gathering pertinent information and organize it into visual or written presentations., and managing correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends by being consistent in looking out for ways to build the company's customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Manages general office duties such as filing, data entry, executive schedule and trips
  • Other duties as assigned
