Cando Canadian Immigration Services is an immigration consulting firm with over 35 years of experience providing complete assistance and efficient services for those who want to study, work, visit, invest, and immigrate to Canada.
We are seeking 1 administrative assistant to join our team in Costa Rica. This is a full-time, in-person, permanent position with 40 hours per week. Our Costa Rican division is located in Jaco, Provincia de Puntarenas. This is a remote job.-

Main job duties:
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, mailing, etc.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and send quotes and agreements
- Maintain computer filing systems
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of requested reports
- Take payments and issue receipts
Education/Skills, Knowledge and Abilities/Attributes
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office job or in a similar position.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client and file management skills
- Strong teamwork skills, trustworthy, accountable, proactive, and a positive work attitude.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
