Your Responsibilities_**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Supports Project Managers and other team members with project administrative tasks (schedule changes, setting up workshops, managing team absences/presences, documentation creation and follow up, support in reporting project status, RAID,
  • Works with PMO Lead to ensure program standards are in place in each project, follow up on deliverables status,
  • Making sure project updates (RAID) are in place for SteerCo meetings,
  • Responsible for preparation of Project SteerCo materials, weekly status reports and status updates, supports communication


Support Administrative element of the Program, responsible for deliverables to be provided on time and with high quality, responsible for project methodology standards in each project, responsible for budget follow up and reporting to Program Manager and supports SteerCo preparations.

  • University Degree in a Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience working with Office, Outlook, Teams

_ Preferred Qualifications:
_However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
