Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Develop, monitor, update and report on project plans and activity schedules to stakeholders, Program Manager and Steering Committee
- Manage delivery of Payroll Transformation project in assigned country with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes and technology in your region
- Manage the performance of all project resources in project team. This includes delivery from external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local colleagues
- In cooperation with Regional Change, Communication, Knowledge Management and Training SME and support from Global Program team lead communication and change management to all key stakeholders and to project steering committee
- Manage and report on all project risks and issues (RACI). Prepare project reporting
- Work closely with Finance partners and other related functions on project planning & forecasting as needed

Manages day to day work, tasks and resources within assigned projects, manages scope, deviations (in agreement with Program Manager), SPOC for local organization (Country HR head, BPs, Finance, HR and Payroll), monitors and reports progress, RAID, mitigations to Program Manager, responsible for project Steering Committee meetings, vendor management, agreements with local organization.

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- University Degree in a Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers
- 3+ years of project management experience in HR Transformation Projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working with Office, Outlook, Teams

**_ Preferred Qualifications: _**However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
