Your Responsibilities_**: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Leading business element of assigned project (processes, new ways of working, documenting knowledge, knowledge transfer to receiving organization, etc.)
- In close cooperation with Payroll GPO SME leading Processes Workshops delivering Global + Country Specifics processes and Country Specific Service Menu per country
- Participate in Business Requirements gathering workshops in order to identify areas for Business Acceptance Testing
- In close cooperation with Technical Lead adjust/create test cases for business requirements (in small projects); coordinate and input in test case creation
- In close cooperation with Change, Communication, Knowledge Management and Training SME ensuring go live readiness of receiving organization with special attention to verifying knowledge of future payroll team, SOP are clear and finalized, understood by receiving organization, all ways of working are understood and followed.
- In close coordination with Change, Communication, Knowledge Management and Training SME supports work shadowing and trainings for end users
- Active support of receiving team during go live and hyper care phase

SPOC for all processes and new ways of working related matters in the project, leads Processes Workshops: Global + Country Specifics and Workday change Assessment workshops and responsible for related deliverables (I.e., Country Specific Processes, Service Catalogue appendix, Ways of Working), supports in business requirements related test cases, supports knowledge transfer and trainings, closely cooperates with local HR and Payroll teams.

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- University Degree in a Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers
- 3+ years of experience in HR Transformation Projects (preferably including Payroll and/or Payroll Technology changes)
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience working with Office, Outlook, Teams

**_ Preferred Qualifications: _**However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Knowledge of SAP, Theta, Workday payroll module
