This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects and automation ideas that will make our processes more efficient.
- Provide support in projects implementation as designated by the Regional Effectiveness Lead.
- Responsible for managing the documentation processes belonging to the center and work with document owners and authors to ensure annual reviews are made to guarantee these are
kept updated and reflect current processes
these include:
Work Instructions, SN Knowledge Articles, SOPs, Key Americas Information matrix, WD automated letters, employee files, etc. This positions will also work with document owners in the creation of new documents when required.
- Responsible to
train new team members in the use and management of our Documentation systems. - Responsible for improving the current processes, tools and ways of working related to Documentation Management.
- Accountable for the
technical setting and correct ongoing functioning of the Employee Files repositories ensuring data privacy and compliance aspects are fully covered. - Work with the Quality Lead to define, create, and communicate how the new systems for Employee Files will work: create process maps, build any required documentation (WI and communicate to parties involved: PSS, HRBP's, etc.
- Act as the
Point of Contact for Workday and Service Now system
issues ensuring the correct functioning. Work with HR Tech and Global Effectiveness team to obtain solutions to encountered issues, including escalating access issues for our PS team members.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- University degree completed or in course
- in advanced stage.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
- Knowledge and proven experience in the creation of automated solutions, as use of VBA Creation, Power Apps, Power BI, and Webbased.
- Deep HR knowledge for Automation Solution creation.
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies: Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, problem solving, etc.
- Highly developed communication, decision making, proactive & interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems.
- Knowledge and proven experience in building complex process maps & flowcharts using MS Visio.
- Stakeholder management skills and managerial courage to challenge proposed solutions or requests not aligned to our vision or business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and/or French language skills.
