El Representante de Salud es un rol de ventas basado en la ciencia para la promoción, generación de demanda y posicionamiento de productos de IM & Global Brand -IMB en los diferentes sistemas de atención de salud privada y de gobierno.
Es un experto en ciencia y en el valor de nuestros productos cubriendo las necesidades identificadas de los HCPs para el logro de los objetivos de ventas establecidos de acuerdo con las aprobaciones Regulatoria Locales.
El representante de Salud orquestara los diferentes canales disponibles (hibrido) para la comunicación con los HCPs.Responsabilidades:
Gestionar la entrega de los mensajes de marca promocionales basado en la Ciencia, como asesor médico de alta especialidad mediante la visita a médica hibrida a los HCPs, Farmacias y otros profesionales de salud administrativos, para la indicación y recomendación del portafolio de productos IM, conducentes al logro de los objetivos de venta presupuestados para su territorio.
Su rol tiene un enfoque de centralidad en los clientes, y entregará valor a través de una gama más amplia de contenidos, conectando a los HCPs con todas las soluciones disponibles en Pfizer Pro y en otros canales disponibles.
Conocedor de las preferencias de los clientes en cuanto a contenido y canales, para orquestar una experiência de cliente ideal a través de la selección de contenido relevante para cada cliente.
Labor de ventas con HCPs de alta especialidad para generar la recomendación del portafolio de productos de IM, alineado con las guías de manejo de los productos en promoción y estrategias de mercadeo establecidas.
Búsqueda constante de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en las cuentas clave del territorio.
Administración de Territorio
Realizar el 100% de su cobertura médica (hibrida) y de farmacias asignadas en su territorio para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, y a la vez analiza estratégicamente su territorio para potenciar los resultados.
Fortalecer y crear nuevos negocios, mediante el análisis e identificación de oportunidades a través del manejo e interpretación de auditorías (IMS- Close up).
Capacidad para desarrollar planes de trabajo eficientes que garanticen el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas y métricas de productividad.
Mantener un alto nível de capacitación en conocimientos médicos, de producto y competidores, técnicas de ventas y comunicación, mediante manuales de auto-instrucción.
Requerimientos
- Se requiere título de profesional según exigencia del mercado (CR,) preferible en área de la salud (Farmaceutico).
- Se prefieren de 3 a 5 años de experiência previa en ventas farmacéuticas con resultados demostrados.
- Individuo orientado a objetivos con un fuerte deseo de estar en un rol promocional; tener habilidades avanzadas de orientación al servicio al cliente, iniciativa, planificación y seguimiento, gestión del trabajo y juicio/resolución de problemas.
- Perspicacia y competencias digitales demostradas.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y analíticas y capacidad para analizar y sacar conclusiones relevantes utilizando los datos y la información del mercado.
