Principales responsabilidades
- Actuar como asesor de talento junto a los gestores de contratación para comprender las necesidades del negocio, desarrollar estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento y aportar los mejores talentos a la organización.
- Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento para diferentes unidades de negocio, incluyendo búsqueda, selección, entrevistas y contratación, desde analistas hasta liderazgo senior.
- Utilizar datos para tomar decisiones estratégicas de reclutamiento y brindar actualizaciones periódicas a las partes interesadas, gestores y/o HRBPs.
- Influenciar a tus colegas, asesorando a otros miembros del equipo de reclutamiento, brindando orientación y apoyo en las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento y mejoras de procesos.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos de reclutamiento locales, enfocándose en la eficiencia y efectividad continua.
- Gestionar a los stakeholders de RRHH, HRBPs, Servicios Compartidos, Nómina y Remuneraciones, representando a TA y trabajando en colaboración para brindar lo mejor para el negocio.
Calificaciones y habilidades
Esenciales
- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência de 5 años o más en reclutamiento interno completo o en agencias, idealmente en el sector de bienes de consumo o en una industria relacionada.
- Nível avanzado de inglés, comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Experiência comprobada en la gestión del ciclo completo de reclutamiento y desarrollo de estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento.
- Amplio conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de reclutamiento y tendencias del mercado.
Preferentes
- Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo, con la capacidad de manejar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Mentalidad orientada a resultados, con la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.
- Habilidades analíticas, con capacidad para utilizar datos en la toma de decisiones de reclutamiento.
- Experiência con Workday.
- Conocimiento práctico de la metodología Agile TA.
