**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Using our brand system and brand design to build compelling and unique content experiences for our priority campaign programs.
- Partner with our brand and creative team to design core assets such as ebooks, articles, product sheets, and other long-form content - in both printed and digital formats.
- Create all elements of our demand kits including banner ads, social media graphics, landing pages, infographics, and any other derivative assets for our campaigns
- Help build templates and guidelines for our agencies and partners.
- Partner with our integrated marketing team and content writing teams to ensure our campaigns focus on the right stories and messaging to engage customers.
- Work with external partners and agencies to ensure creative output is high quality and on brand.
- Flex to help other designers on the brand and creative team with a variety of design work and digital content.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in art or design or associated field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in campaign design and execution, graphic design and animation working on a large SaaS/Tech brand either in-house or agency
- Thrives in a fast-pace work environment and can prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for graphic design. Who is excited to explore art and find ways to bring our brand to life in every experience
- An advanced knowledge of the latest design products including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. As well as other communication programs such as Google slides, project management software (Workfront), and file management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to work as a member of a team and has the focus to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of work examples that show your design talent.

Base Pay: CRC 27,200,000.00 - 37,400,000.00 per year
