Su función y responsabilidadesFunciones y responsabilidades:
- Participar en la cadencia semanal con el especialista en Selección para comprender la demanda de contratación en todas las Unidades de Negocio y tipos de contratación.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar con diferentes partes interesadas en distintas zonas horarias.
- Estudios avanzados en Administración, Recursos Humanos o cualquier campo afín.
- Fluidez en inglés (hablado y escrito)
- Fluido en francés (hablado y escrito)
- Conocimientos en Microsoft Office
- Capacidad para aprender eficazmente nuevos procesos y herramientas.
- Capacidad para analizar informes con datos extraídos de varias herramientas ATS como BrassRing.
- Comunicarse con diversas partes interesadas.
- Mentalidad de curiosidad y crecimiento.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar en colaboración con un equipo y partes interesadas.
- Capacidad de adaptación al cambio centrado en resultados.
- Habilidades de gestión y priorización del tiempo.
- Atención a los detalles.
- Experiência en Roles de Atención al Cliente o soporte administrativo.
- Conocimiento o Experiência en mejores prácticas de RRHH.
- Comprensión de las métricas del embudo de contratación y desarrollo de datos e insights a partir de las mismas.
- Conocimiento de la salud de los datos en BrassRing. Capacidad para segregar registros de empleados incorrectos, duplicados e irrelevantes y eliminarlos.
- Competente en Microsoft Excel, tablas dinámicas, BUSCARV, tablas de datos y generación.
