¿Eres un apasionado por la ingeniería y quieres ser parte del futuro de las ciencias médicas? En esta posición estarás realizando todo tipo de actividades de investigación, desarrollo, innovación, construcción y validación de tools-fixtures-máquinas, mediante los estándares y requerimientos del sistema de calidad de Smith+Nephew y FDA.
¿Qué estarás haciendo?
Crear y diseñar nuevos fixtures para los procesos de producción con el fin disminuir los tiempos de manufactura, disminuir el scrap y aumentar el rendimiento de calidad de los procesos. Dar soporte a actividades de ingeniería en investigación y desarrollo de mejoras de fixtures actuales para optimizar los procesos de producción con el fin de disminuir el scrap relacionado a fixtures o herramientas. Supervisar las construcciones de los fixtures/herramientas/equipos con los talleres de mecánica de precisión con el fin de auditar que los componentes cumplan con las especificaciones del plano (FAI, First Article Inspection) y los tiempos de entrega programados. Coordinar con los departamentos de Incoming, Calibración y Mantenimiento la documentación e inspección (FAI) de los fixtures/equipos/herramientas para su adecuado ingreso al sistema de producción y control de calidad. Crear órdenes de trabajo para los talleres para la construcción de fixtures. Coordinar actividades de compra de hardware para los fixtures/herramientas/equipos. Coordinar actividades de ensamble y pruebas funcionales de los fixtures para garantizar el desempeño adecuado de los mismos. Elaboración de planos mecánicos constructivos mediante el software de SolidWorks en sus actividades de dibujo y diseño dentro de las normas ISO-ANSI como guía en la elaboración de planos constructivos. Participar activamente en validaciones de fixtures con personal de ingeniería con el fin de brindar un soporte robusto en el área de la mecánica para prever fallos en el equipo y asegurar un buen desempeño del equipo y yield del producto. Brindar soporte a transferencias de productos, específicamente en actividades de tooling de fixtures y herramientas, para asegurarse el funcionamiento adecuado de los mismos con el yield del producto deseado. Realizar análisis económicos de costo beneficio de los proyectos de diseño que se están realizando, siempre y cuando aplique, para establecer la viabilidad y prioridad de los proyectos. Conducir y completar procesos de validación (IQ/OQ/PQ) de fixtures-equipos con el fin de asegurarse una reducción en la variación de los procesos y un aumento en la eficiencia.¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en ésta posición?
Educación: Bachillerato o licenciatura en ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electrónica o similar. Certificación CSWA. Experiencia: Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de elementos mecánicos mínimo de 2 años con manejo de Software CAD (SolidWorks). Experiencia mínima de 2 años en elaboración de planos constructivos de elementos mecánicos. Experiencia mínima de 2 años, en documentación, validaciones (IQ,OQ,PQ, PPQ) y buenas prácticas de manufactura especialmente industria médica. Conocimientos y experiencia en sistemas modernos de manufactura, especialmente mecánica de precisión. Mínima 2 años. Conocimientos: Conocimientos en la Normas ASME/ANSI Y14.5M-2009. Idiomas: Inglés fluido.
