Job Description

Snap Finance is seeking a full-time Resolution Specialist to join our Customer Care team The primary responsibilities of this position require effective communication with our Customer Care Representatives, real-time support, and giving a clear explanation regarding Snap's policies and professionally handling escalated calls to ensure the best customer experience.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Answering questions from LTO Customer Service agents

  • Handling escalated calls and support agents in de-escalation

  • Identify and provide feedback for departmental improvements

  • Maintain the quality of support and personal scorecard

  • Understand department metrics and direct supervisors to coach on opportunities

  • Report tool issues to the proper teams

  • Support other functions as provided by leadership

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Must be in good standing, void of any current formal counseling in the last 90 days

  • Must have at least 1 year working at Snap Finance

  • Have supervisor approval prior to applying and have their approval written by email. Note that

  • supervisor approval via email is required for internal recruiting processes

  • High School diploma is a must

  • Must have been in the current position for a minimum of 90 days by the start date

  • Must be flexible with work schedule any schedule assigned after the interview process

  • At least have a B2+ score across the board in BELT assessment, C1 preferred
