Job Profile Summary:
Responsible for providing operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of various processes. You will collaborate closely with team members to contribute to the overall success of the organization.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled meetings to discuss changes and updates on relevant topics.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure effective communication and foster strong relationships.
- Navigate obstacles to ensure cargo movement and delivery comply with client requirements.
- Provide a tailored experience for customer to enhance satisfaction.
- Track shipments for assigned customers, updating their status regularly to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and conference calls as necessary.
- Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work as required.
- Monitor issues and escalate them to the account manager or supervisor for timely resolution.
- Consistently document progress and notes WorldTrak for all escalated shipments.
- Assist in creating process content and training documentation as needed for departmental support.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
- Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 1+ years related experience.
- English B2+
- High school diploma
- Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements:
Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
