About This Role
The Process Engineering Consultant will support the Engineering team in completing the new system implementations. Activities include verifying compliance, updating documentation, and preparing validation deliverables.

What You'll Do

Stakeholder Engagement & Support
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, IT, Regulatory, and Maintenance teams to understand existing troubleshooting workflows and pain points.

Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather user requirements and document current-state processes.

Act as a liaison between shop floor operators/technicians and MES implementation teams to communicate needs and collect feedback.

Process Mapping & Documentation
Support the mapping of existing manual and semi-automated troubleshooting processes.

Create and maintain detailed documentation such as flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides.

Assist in defining user roles, decision trees, and escalation paths related to equipment and process troubleshooting.

MES Configuration Input
Provide input to the MES functional specification based on observed troubleshooting workflows and stakeholder feedback.

Help define system requirements related to event logging, alert generation, downtime classification, and corrective action tracking.

Contribute to the testing of MES features tied to troubleshooting workflows.

Support Testing and Validation
Assist in executing test cases and collecting data for system verification and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), especially those involving troubleshooting-related processes.

Document test results and discrepancies and report findings to the validation and quality engineering teams

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience.
  • MES system knowledge.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio) Proficient in the use of Minitab statistical analysis.
  • Experience with SolidWorks, ProE or Inventor, prototypes, 3D (desirable)
  • Familiar with electronic management documentation.
  • Spanish: Native Speaker, English: Fluent speaking, writing and reading.
