About This Role
The Quality System Engineering Consultant Intern will support the Engineering team in completing the new system implementations. Activities include verifying compliance, updating documentation, and preparing validation deliverables.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Manufacturing to maintain Direct Labor training and certification records.
  • Colaborate to create training tasks for employees with extended vacations.
  • Orient and train employees on how to use the Virje training system.
  • Monitor and send notifications of expired training.
  • Maintain and prepare training metrics for presentation at the Management Review.
  • Ensure suppliers are properly trained on applicable procedures before coming to site to perform work.
  • Maintain printed training records and send them to external storage for archiving as needed.
  • Identify and drive improvements in the training process.
  • Support and perform document control tasks as required.
  • Review, process and release documents into the Virje document change order system as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 1 years of experience
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project/Visio) Proficient in the use of Minitab statistical analysis.
  • Experience with SolidWorks, ProE or Inventor, prototypes, 3D (desirable)
  • Familiar with electronic management documentation.
  • Spanish: Native Speaker, English: Fluent speaking, writing and reading.
