Role Description
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in San Jose, Costa Rica. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The role includes managing the entire sales process, conducting market research, developing strategic sales approaches, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale support. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, promoting NFINIT LATAM's commitment to quality and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Knowledge of the products and industries Caldini serves, such as automotive supplies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience is preferred.
