We are looking for reliable, independent, and detail oriented individuals who are comfortable working overnight hours and enjoy solving problems while delivering great player experiences. This role is fully remote and requires consistent availability during the night shift.About the RoleExperienced Customer Operations Specialist (Night Shift / Graveyard)Provide timely and accurate assistance to players via chat, email, and other support channels during night shift hoursHandle customer inquiries and operational tasks independently throughout the graveyard shiftTroubleshoot issues, explain processes clearly, and follow up to ensure satisfactionMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the company's internal toolsEscalate technical or high priority matters following night shift proceduresStay up to date with product changes, promotions, and company updates relevant to overnight operationsTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will NeedPrevious proven experience working night shifts or overnight schedulesExcellent written and spoken English with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently during overnight hoursReliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspaceA friendly yet professional attitude when interacting with players and colleaguesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnDependability and consistency during night shiftsPrevious iGaming experience is a plusWhat You'll GetCompetitive compensationFully remote setupRespectful and supportive team cultureLong term collaboration potential in a growing international environmentApply now if you are available to work the night shift and are ready for immediate hiring.
