Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Escazú for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Daily tasks include managing a sales team, forecasting and analyzing market trends, driving customer acquisition, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role will also involve collaborating with internal departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
  • Leadership skills, team management, and the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales management tools
  • Solid understanding of market analysis and sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
