About the Team
The mission of the Global Services Programs and Policies team is to support the professional services organization in the successful implementation of Workday at our customers. To that end, the group focuses on the enablement of delivery resources and the improvement of processes and tools, either program managing initiatives or being active contributors in initiatives led by other teams. We are looking for a Costa Rica-based colleague to be a part of our resourceful group on a contracting basis. This is a great opportunity to learn about Workday deployments and our professional services subcontracting process.
About the Role
The Global Services Programs and Policies teamis looking for a hard-working Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contracting basos. In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require critical thinking, innovation, and integrity. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, impeccable attention to detail, high energy, strong project management skills and a positive demeanor. Workday is a fast-growing company, and the Contracts Analyst will need to manage multiple priorities, work independently and be proactive. The utmost confidentiality is imperative, as you will be working on sensitive projects and will be privy to confidential information. Role responsibilities include:
Generate subcontracting agreements (Schedule As) and route them for signatures
When Schedule As are signed:
-- Determine whether that partner consultant already has an active contingent worker profile in our system
-- If a profile does not exist, create one
-- If the profile exists but is inactive, reactive it
-- Assign the partner consultant to the project in our system
When audits are conducted, correct any data issues raised
Conduct recurring audits in our sustem for active contingent worker profiles who no longer have an active project to inactivate them and terminate their system access
