Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical projects in a rapidly growing company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a Business Systems Analyst at 360training, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, supporting our mission to provide top-tier online training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
2. Process Improvement:
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams.
3. Support Project Management:
  • Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Work with project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Experience in the e-learning or regulated training industry is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
