We're hiring: Junior Sourcing Coordinator

We're looking for a
Junior Sourcing Coordinator
to join our sourcing team and support key procurement and sourcing activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within the sourcing/procurement space.

What you'll do:

  • Support and administer sourcing events (RFPs, vendor lists, bids, platforms)
  • Manage contract administration, approvals, compliance, and expirations
  • Maintain and report sourcing data (RFX results, savings, supplier KPIs, scorecards)
  • Ensure governance and compliance in sourcing processes (Workday, Projects by Wave)
  • Provide negotiation and administrative support to the sourcing team

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ year of experience in procurement or sourcing
  • Experience in sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and RFX processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Team player with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business (Master's degree preferred)
