The HR Generalist will provide operational and follow-up support in account and people management, ensuring organization, timely execution, and effective communication in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support in the management of assigned accounts
  • Actively follow up on pending items, requests, and ongoing processes
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain tracking sheets and operational documentation
  • Support operational HR processes (onboarding, follow-ups, documentation)
  • Proactively escalate critical issues or blockers
  • Execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar role
  • Experience supporting multiple processes or accounts simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Advanced English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
