Qualifications**
About you**
We believe you are a strong, business-minded, team player with drive, ambition, and a positive mindset.
You have:
- A higher education (HR or Business administration)
- At least 3 years as an HR generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager (you come with broad HR experience)
- Experience and great track record when it comes to recruitment
- Great knowledge about Costa Rica/LATAM and local labor law
- Experience and high skills when in HR processes
- Fluency in English
