Human Resources Generalist

**Job Summary**:
The HR Generalist will provide support for the HR team, resolves and/or escalates employee and manager issues, and assists in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs, practices and procedures often encompassing several areas of human resources.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required**:
- Manages questions and issues from colleagues and leaders. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies to COEs.
- Creates presentations, runs Workday reports for HRBP/business requests for data, and ensures Workday transactions are approved in a timely manner.
- Experience with job architecture tasks.
- Participates in or leads HR projects, including analyzing business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
**Other Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience.
**Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree with Business/HR Field of Study preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
- Professional, office environment.
- Frequent Travel Required.
